About K and R BMW
I’m Phil Marshall, the owner and hands-on mechanic behind K and R BMW Motorcycle Service. My journey in the world of motor mechanics began in the early 1970s, where I learned the craft from the ground up, driven by a deep curiosity and love for all things mechanical. In 1986, I opened my own workshop in Mentone, and I've been proudly servicing primarily BMW motorcycles ever since.
Over the decades, I’ve developed a particular passion for BMW’s iconic K and R series motorcycles—machines that combine engineering excellence with timeless design. Whether it’s a classic restoration, a routine service, or a tricky diagnostic job, I treat every motorcycle with the care and attention it deserves.
No job is too big or too small. I’m always open to custom projects, project help, assistance and guidance, and detailed discussions about how to get the most out of your BMW motorcycle. With decades of experience and a personal commitment to quality, I aim to offer every rider a reliable, honest, and skilled service experience.

Located in the heart of Cheltenham, Victoria. Approximately 25 minutes east of Melbourne with easy road access via Warrigal Road.
